All our products are custom-made to order. Once payment is confirmed, orders will be processed and crafted within 2–3 weeks.
Processing time may vary depending on order volume or the complexity of customisation. Customers will be informed if additional time is required.

Orders are shipped from Malaysia via trusted courier services.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days for West Malaysia and 3–7 working days for East Malaysia after the order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete. Shaacrafting will not be responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Kindly provide clear photos and order details so we can assist you accordingly.
