Shaacrafting My Empire (“Shaacrafting”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) specialises in custom-made products that are created based on individual customer requests. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
All products sold by Shaacrafting are custom-made and personalised.
Once an order has been confirmed and payment is made, NO refund, exchange, or cancellation will be allowed.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of mind

Incorrect name or text provided by the customer

Design preference changes after order confirmation

Delays caused by courier services
Order Confirmation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all custom details (names, spelling, design choices, and delivery information) are accurate before completing the purchase.
Once production has started, changes are not permitted.
Damaged or Defective Items
While refunds are not provided, we take quality seriously.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

Order number and details
We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement for the affected item only.
Returns
Returns are not accepted for custom-made products unless the item received is proven to be defective or damaged during delivery.
Policy Changes
Shaacrafting reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
